Visited Philippine Provinces

by Regin Reyno

"Wag maging dayuhan sa sariling bayan." (Don't be a foreigner/stranger in your own country).

Before I was able to have my first international trip in 2005, I was exploring the Philippines. It started when I was young. My parents make it a point to have family vacation somewhere at least once a year.

Camiguin
Notable trips were our,
1993 and 1997 Philippine Road Trip. From Isabela, Luzon to South Cotabato, Mindanao vice versa.

1996 North Tour. Santiago, Isabela to Baguio City, Benguet via Cagayan and Ilocos provinces, then coming back through Pangasinan and Nueva Vizcaya provinces.

I was also a member of a choir when I was in highschool and college. We went to different provinces in the Philippines for our singing ministry.

These factors allowed me to visit 58 of the 82 Phillippine provinces as of this moment.

Some of my friends, especially Pinoy Travel Bloggers (PTB), make it a goal to visit all 82. Some of them have accomplished this feat already. They are now members of Club PH82.
Bukidnon

And, in recent years, we are starting to explore different provinces in Mindanao, mostly, via private vehicle, through relaxing road trips.
